Who you are buying from
AIntel Compliance is a brand of The RN Network, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean The RN Network, LLC, and "you" means the person or organization buying or using the toolkit. If you buy on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
What you are buying
The AI Compliance Toolkit is a set of eight downloadable document templates delivered in editable Microsoft Word and print-ready PDF formats. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Delivery happens electronically when your payment clears, with a download link shown on screen and sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Your license
When you buy the toolkit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, edit and adapt the documents for the internal business purposes of your organization, with unlimited use by its employees and contractors. You own the completed documents you create from the templates for your organization.
You may not do the following.
- Resell, sublicense, share or distribute the templates, in original or modified form, to anyone outside your organization
- Publish the templates online or include them in a product, course, template library or service offered to others
- Use the templates to provide compliance documents to clients as a consultant or agency without a separate written license from us
- Remove notices of our ownership from the unedited templates
All rights not expressly granted remain with The RN Network, LLC. The templates, website content and AIntel Compliance brand are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Lifetime updates
When we revise the templates to reflect new rules or guidance, you receive the updated versions free for as long as we continue to offer the AI Compliance Toolkit. Updates are sent to the email address on your order, so please keep it current.
Price and payment
The price is shown on our website at the time of purchase, in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The RN Network, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, fines or penalties, arising from your use of the toolkit or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify The RN Network, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the toolkit, your violation of these terms or the way you apply the documents within your organization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
